The transitional period is almost over. I am, as always, ready to say goodbye to the barren starkness of the wintertime. Already, the signs of the imminent arrival of Spring are present and growing with each passing day. New buds are appearing on the branches of the trees and the crocus are in bloom.
In less than two days, the new season of rebirth will be here. Soon nature will be cloaked in the brightness and the splendor of the newness that comes with Spring. The cycle renews itself once again.
Farewell, winter, 2013!
